The aim of Dignified Angels is to connect individuals interested in helping those experiencing poverty, financial hardship, or crisis by facilitating a direct connection between them. This program is working to foster social connection, reduce unnecessary waste, and provide assistance to those in need, all while emphasizing the benefits of trade and barter within our community circles.

RULES & GUIDELINES
DIGNIFIED ANGELS IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF FINANCIAL OR EMERGENT ASSISTANCE.
We cannot facilitate the transfer of financial assets beyond the financial costs associated with shipping and trading items. Requests to do so will be denied, and any extenuating circumstances and exceptions must be negotiated with WDYG - US.
All donations should be:

Clean, functional, and free of pests, excessive damage or visible signs of wear.

All consumable items must be sealed, within date, and safe.

Single-use items (ie. Toiletries, sanitary items, and cleaning materials, etc.) as well as any undergarments must be new to donate.

All functional hardware for any item (i.e. lids, knobs, straps, etc.) must be demonstratably present.

Any appliances/electronics must be safely operable, and all associated wiring must be demonstratably present to ensure federal safety regulations are met.
Applicants to become beneficiaries, or donees, of this program MUST provide verification demonstrating their need for assistance, whether that be formal documentation or some other source. Please check the criteria for more information.
Applicants to become benefactors, or donors MUST provide be willing to provide verification into the status of the items they donate, as well as take on responsibility for the item being transferred promptly and safely.
